Xkcd's What If? Explores Transatlantic Car Rentals

The image displays a text excerpt from Eric Munson about a daughter's joke about crossing the Atlantic by driving east with rental cars. Below the text is a hand-drawn Venn diagram with three circles: 'Letting a friend borrow your car,' 'Driving off the jumps at a skate park,' and 'Disrupting global ocean circulation.' The overlapping section is labeled 'Violation of rental car agreement,' and the right circle's label is 'Bad idea.' The diagram humorously suggests that driving off jumps at a skate park is the only activity that satisfies both being a violation of a rental agreement and a bad idea.
